Rental Policies

RENTAL PERIOD

Minimum - 4 hours on most tools and equipment
Daily - 24 hours or 8 hours on metered tools and equipment
Weekly - 7 consecutive days or 40 hours on metered tools and equipment
Monthly - 4 consecutive weeks or 160 hours on metered tools and equipment

EL RENO CENTER

If the tool you need is not at the El Reno location you may pick it up at our Kingfisher location the same day and return the tool to the El Reno location. Otherwise the tool can be brought down to the El Reno location the following day.

IDENTIFICATION

A valid drivers license is required for ALL rentals. Proof of insurance is required for vehicles towing trailers.

DEPOSIT

A deposit is required (excluding open account customers). Deposits vary per item and will be refunded on return of rented tool.

PAYMENT

Payment is required before the tool is picked up for rental. A credit card is required if drivers license does NOT show an Oklahoma address. We accept only local checks. Prepayment is also required to reserve a tool at the time you make the reservation.

SALES TAX

This is added to all rental fees.

METERED TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

Rates for metered rental tools and equipment are based on 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week and 160 hours/4 Week. Additional usage will be charged accordingly.

DAMAGE WAIVER

A percentage of the rental rate will automaticlly be charged for the damage waiver.

AVAILABILITY

Please call for tool or equipment availability for the date/dates you require.

RESERVATIONS

Prepayment is required to reserve a tool or piece of equipment for use.

Credit Card: Can be taken over the phone with all of your contact information.

Local Check: Two checks are required. One is for prepayment of the tool or equipment reserving. The second is for the deposit. The deposit will not be cashed and will be returned when the tool or equipment is returned.

Cash: Prepayment for the tool or equipment reserving and deposit is required. Deposit will be returned when the tool or equipment is returned.

Forfeiture of 50% of the rental fee will be incurred if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation date.

Rain policy: If weather causes cancellation we will reschedule your reservation without penalty.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change. Please call for a quote. All rental charges are for time out whether used or not.

FUEL

Large equipment returned not filled will incur additional fuel fee's.

Small tools and equipment are automatically charged for fuel and DO NOT need to be full when returned.

Tools with fuel/oil mixture are sent out with a can of fuel. This DOES NOT need to be returned full.

CLEANING FEE

Tools or equipment returned dirty will be charged an additional $40.

DELIVERY/PICK-UP

These are available at reasonable rates. Please call for the charge to your location.
